TWICE AS NICE: Marks Returns for Second Year in CJB #5
Former hot shoe Paul McMahan returns for Last Call event at Charlotte
CARLISLE, PA. - November 4, 2020 - In what amounts to a doubling up, CJB Motorsports is proud to announce that Brent Marks will return to the #5 machine for 2021. In addition, former driver Paul McMahan will pilot a second CJB prepared machine for the Last Call event to be held at the Dirt Track at Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina, November 6th & 7th.
"Brent has been a welcomed addition to our team," said Chad Clemens, owner of CJB Motorsports. "Our season has been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and we are extremely grateful that we have been able to race as much as we have. That being said, it took some time for Brent to gel with the team and we really started to see an uptick in performance as the season wore on. We were particularly strong at Port Royal Speedway this year and we are excited to continue into 2021. We are keeping our driver, crew and partners in place to build upon our success in 2020. In addition to that, we are pleased to welcome Paul McMahan back into the fold to close out 2021. From time to time, we field a second car when an opportunity presents itself. This was one of those occasions. Paul is an excellent driver and has won for us at Charlotte before."
