GROVE GAINER: Gravel Notches Podium Finish in National Open Make Up
Team heads for Midwest as end of 2016 season rapidly approaches

CARLISLE, PA. - October 5, 2016 -  With one of the biggest races of the season on his mind, David Gravel rolled into Williams Grove Speedway near Mechanicsburg, Pa. on Friday, October 14th.

The driver from Connecticut was joining the rest of the drivers from the ‘Greatest Show on Dirt.'  For the rescheduled crown jewel event at the paperclip shaped half mile oval. With $20,000 on the line and bragging rights, the driver of car #5 got off to a great start by charging from 4th to 1st in his heat race.

CARLISLE, PA. - October 5, 2016 -  David Gravel was quite confident heading into the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series event at Fulton (N.Y.) Speedway on October 8th. The driver from Watertown, Conn. held the track record, which was set the last time the series visited the facility in 2014.

CARLISLE, PA. - October 3, 2016 -  Sometimes, Mother Nature is simply not a race fan.

Torrential and persistent rains forced Williams Grove Speedway and World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series officials to delay the annual Champion Racing Oil National Open until Friday, October 14th.

Champion Racing Oil Williams Grove National Open up next for the Pennsylvania based team

CARLISLE, PA. - September 28, 2016 -  Winning races is absolutely key to winning championships. Another key element is solid, top-5 finishes. David Gravel and the CJB Motorsports team are rapidly achiving championship by both of those metrics. Though they did not add to their win count, the racing weekend featuring stops at Eldora Speedway and Lernerville Speedway netted the team two more top-5 runs.

CARLISLE, PA. - September 7, 2016 -  Labor Day weekend conjures up memories of back yard BBQ's, lake visits and quality time with family and friends. For CJB Motorsports, however, it was another opportunity to flex some muscle. The team, based out of Carlisle, Pa., added to it's win total once again as David Gravel swept the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series events at Skagit Speedway near Alger, Wash.
