CARLISLE, PA. - August 12, 2019 - Few events in motorsports match the prestige and grandeur of the NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals.
CJB Motorsports drivers Shane Stewart and Tanner Thorson each took to the half-mile oval located in Knoxville, Iowa on their respective qualifying nights. Thorson was up first Wednesday, August 7th and timed in 15th, won his heat race and charged from 10th to 7th in the A feature to lock himself into Saturday nights Last Chance Showdown event.
